Our First Tour is already Up and Running

Chaotic Shadows hits the road for their first tour in May 2018 including the states of Washington, Oregon, and California.

They are extremely excited to play with some amazing bands like Soulfly and Nile.

Awesome Weekend

This last weekend was bad ass. We started with a charity show put on by Abate in Moses Lake Washing to get foster kids with clothes, backpacks and other essential needs. We played along side Ceol Roc which is a kick ass band out of Spokane Washington. You can watch a video of them here from the first show we played with them. These guys Roc!

Then we headed over  to Kennewick Washington where we played at the Eagles which is ran by Papa Bear and Associates. We played with some awesome bands and had a kick ass night.

We got our merch all set up and had some fun.

The opening band, Chaotic Shadows, was setting up on stage and people were starting to fill the seats at the bar as food was delivered to my table. The crowd had come to hear music and Chaotic Shadows powered through sound check to get the night off to a heavy start.

I didn’t get the chance to chat with Chaotic Shadows that night but I‘d done a little research into them earlier in the week. The group was formed a year ago in Grant County, WA and they have quickly gathered fans across the northwest. Their bassist Justin McMahon is only fifteen years old, though through his professionalism he looked every bit like a twenty-something who was comfortably on his third tour. It’s a good bet that this is due in some part to the influence of Justin’s father, Jeremiah Jordan, who also serves as Chaotic Shadows’ lead vocalist and drummer. Their guitarist, Fred Odell, rounds out a three-piece ensemble that opened the night with a solid, true-to-form heavy metal set. Jeremiah’s dual responsibilities as vocalist and drummer make for a dynamic twist as he doesn’t hold anything back with either instrument. His vocals are gritty, energetic and passionate and he projects them with the full force of his drum set behind them. Fred adds an element of groove to the heavy style of the band but I was also reminded of Motorhead while listening to his chugging riffs. Justin’s bass lines were on point and I have a suspicion that he’s going to become a true force to be reckoned with in the northwest metal scene. At fifteen years old, he’s halfway there already.

Hello everyone, We are looking forward to some awesome shows this fall and have decided that this band will stick with the original 3 piece. We are a family band and we love it.

We have a few more dates open for shows this fall so hit us up.

Party in the Pasture

We had a great time this weekend at Party in the Pasture in Hermiston Oregon with all the other bands. This was our first year playing there and we had a blast. Food was awesome, Music was awesome, and the people were even better.

We can't wait till next year.

Live at The Palomino

We had a blast playing with Open Fate, Sifting, Rough Hands, and Ceol Rock in Spokane at the Palomino.  A huge shout out to Jack Smith for his amazing job on our video and pictures and The Palomino for letting us rock your stage. We can't wait to come back and last but definitely not least Kerry Schultz with Skerry Promotions for making all this happen. We couldn't do it without you man!!! You seriously rock!

Changes in the band

Due to unforeseen circumstances Travis Esperaza will no longer be playing with Chaotic Shadows. He is still a huge supporter and fan and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Time to Rock

Things are moving along well as we will be playing at Ding Dang in Moses Lake WA on April 8th.

We have some recording coming as well as some new merchandise.

Will have merchandise set up on our website to buy very soon.


Until then we keep practicing and moving forward.
